This a really cool video on the stop placement, Question:
Say you did the stop as you recommended, and it gapped down just as strong as this actual Up move gap overnight…
then one would be kind of ‘stuck’ in a trade with a significant super gap loss overnight.. if it was an option then you just can’t adjust.. and if its a stock you are also pretty much cooked especially if you were sleeping during the overnight… and stocks may not trade with decent liquidity in the overnight.. either way, so…just wondering your thoughts, I mean of course trading is risking…still do you use a strategy to ‘cope’ in such potential??
